This class is an immersive 2.5 hour experience made for self discovery, healing, and empowerment.
After a short discussion around tools designed for personal growth and healing, participants will go into a deep somatic healing journey made for emotional release, self empowerment, healing, and embodiment of one's higher self.
Please bring a journal, eye mask, and any items to help you feel grounded during your journey. This journey requires no experience and is free to first time visitors.
